Wii Games Are Fragile – Copy Your Wii Games!
There are a ton of reasons for gamers to learn how to copy wii games. In this article, we’ll discuss several of them.
It should be obvious, but in case it isn’t, Wii games are pricey like no other toy. I bought 4 games for various people over the holidays, and spent a total of $220 for them! That’s no small chunk of change! Now, with the games being so pricey, it would pain me to lose them, or have the people that I gifted them to lose them. Because think about it – you get really into a game, and then something happens to it. The only way to replace it is to run out and buy a new copy – and you might not always have the money just sitting around to do so.
Another issue is the fragility of Wii games. Discs can be damaged almost just by looking at them. I mean, they’re only about a millimeter thick, and 1 scratch can make them into junk. The game companies do this on purpose so that you’ll have to buy replacements. They used to put games onto cartridges, but they weren’t getting enough people having to replace games, so they switched to CDs. All it takes is for a game to be left out and to fall on the floor, and then it’s no good at all. This is another very important reason to make backups of your games. Then, you should only use the backups to play with, and put the originals in a safe deposit box.
And then there’s the size of Wii game discs. They’re tiny! And as a result, easily misplaced. I’ve had hundreds of dollars worth of Wii games simply come up missing (right in my house!) never to be seen again. Now that I make backups, whenever this happens I can simply make a new copy from the master and keep right on playing.
However, you might think about the way that ISO copy software works.? I’m thrilled to give you an explanation! As you are probably aware, you cannot just backup a game disc in the way that you might burn a music disc. If you’ve ever attempted this, you’ll understand that you’ll get an error message when you try to do it this way. This is because the game companies encrypt the games . No legal impediments are in place on cloning Wii discs for the use of the purchaser of the master, as a result of the Fair Use Act of last year. On the other hand, that doesn’t mean that the game manufacturers have to make it simple for you to do so.
What this application does is to break through the encryption that the manufacturer’s put on the games. Of course, it’s completely legal to backup your games for personal use, but it’s also legal for the manufacturer to try to prevent you from doing so. The software that you download and step through strips off the encryption as part of the process. And you are then able to make copies of your games so that they’ll be safe!
Would you rather spend your paycheck on replacing games, or on buying new ones to enjoy? If you invest less than the cost of one game into some game copy software, you’ll be able to do just that.
Take care and stop back soon!
