The Only Addons You Need To Have In WOW

There use to be a time when I was very much against the idea of using any type of addon for World of Warcraft. I’m not sure but maybe I thought it was cheating or that my account would be terminated. However, as I became more advanced and familiar with the game I realized that I had to have some help in the game.

Now if you are unfamiliar with addons, they are simple applications to make your life easier and more convenient. I hope you don’t take as long as I did in using addons, because you are really missing out in actually playing the game. So many people say all they do is work in World of Warcraft, well addons take on that work, leaving more time for you to actually play!

I wanted to walk you through three basic but essential addons to make your WoW life a lot easier. So get ready to lose the headaches you have associated with WoW and plan on much easier game play. Now first off, if you have never experienced an addon before I would suggest you become familiar with the Curse Client, this is a simple application that is going to manage, download and install all of your addons.

Have you ever tried to keep track of all the high and low prices associated with various items? It is next to impossible and just an all around tedious task. However, if you are looking to make serious gold in WoW you have to be aware of the various prices. This is where Market Watcher comes into play. With Market Watcher you can track a number of prices and display graphs for those items as well. Using this method you can actually track what the actual value is of specific items, rather than what it is selling for at any given time.

Next up is the Auctionator, my own personal favorite and what I believe to be the most essential of the addons. If you are serious about making gold you really need this one. It has a very easy to use and learn interface that enables you to scan past and current item prices. As well as post auctions, buy items and check in on your exisiting auctions. the Auctionator is a very useful addon and forget about all the gold you will be earning just think about all the time you are saving.

Lastly we have the Auctioneer or Auctioneer Suite, it is called both. This addon provides you with a wealth of data and tools to make life in the Auction House not only easier but more profitable as well. You will find yourself with a bunch more time to play your characters by using the Auctioneer to purchase and post items. You will also be able to find out in depth information about all the various game items from recipes to those found in quests. So if you plan on spending any time in the Auction House become familiar with the Auctioneer.
