Teaching Your Little Ones On How To Have Fun With The Trampoline
If you have kids at home then you should have a trampoline for them. This is one of the best things that you can get them to have their exercise as well as lots of fun too. What more it is interesting for the elders to watch too, as the children try out different games and various ways of jumping on the trampolines.
One of the best games you can teach them to play is Ring around the Rosy. They get to play the game as it is played on the ground except that you form a circle in the middle of trampoline as you jump and hold hands.
The game goes on like normal with every one singing the Ring around the Rosy song. When it comes to all fall down, instead of everyone you can have one person falling at a time and each one can fall in a different fashion either forward, backward or knee drops etc.
The other most interesting game would be to play Hot Potato. Get a NERF ball and teach them how to play the game. Everyone keeps jumping on the trampoline throughout the game and the ball is passed from one player to another immediately on receiving it. Whoever drops the ball or is not able to catch it is out and the game continues till only one player is left and declared the winner.
Cross fire is another game that is action packed and you can teach them to play a fun version of it on the trampoline. In this game two people stand and keep jumping on the trampoline while the others stand on the ground around it.
The ball which is with one of the players on the ground is used to aim and hit at the players on the trampoline and the players on the trampoline have to dodge the ball and avoid getting hit by it.
If and when they get hit, that player goes to the ground and the person who hit him gets on the trampoline and again the game continues.
