Game 1 – Pin The Tail On The Donkey

In order to play this game of course you need a large picture of a donkey without a tail. Plus several tails which have a piece of double side tape attached so that the guests can then place it on the picture. However remember that before the guests can attempt to pin the tail on the donkey is that put on a blindfold and spin them round several times. After spinning them around make sure that they are pointing to where the picture of the donkey is and watch the fun begin. The person who wins is the one who is able to pin the tail close to where it should be.

Game 2 – Memory

This is a great game to play when the party has been going for some time. To play this one of the old school classic party games you need a tray on to which you place say 15 small items or toys. Cover it with a cloth then remove this for around 60 seconds so your guests can see what is on the tray. Now ask each person who looked at the tray when it was uncovered to name one of the items on it. A person is out of the game should they not remember anything on the tray or repeat something that someone else has already said.

Game 3 – Snap

This is another party game that we all enjoyed as children because it was the one time when we were able to make a great deal of noise. To play it you simply need a set of cards and of course you then deal these out to those that are playing. Snap is called out when a person notices that they or someone else has laid the same number or picture card on top of the one previously laid down and they take the cards that have been dealt.

Game 4 – Musical Chairs

As children we all loved playing this one of the old school classic party games. But rather than placing the chairs in a circle place them in a straight line but put them facing in opposite directions. As soon the music begins the guests walk not run around the line of chairs and as soon as the music stops they sit down on the nearest empty chair to them. The person who doesn’t have a chair to sit on is then out of the game. Remember when setting this game up to put out one less chair than the number of people who are taking part in the game from the start and remove one every time a person is out of the game.
