Fun Christmas Party Games

There are games specifically so that children can have a grand time at parties and games where adults can enjoy themselves, too. Here are some game suggestions that are always crowd-pleasing:

Speedy Unwrapper: Take a series of boxes, small, medium and large. Wrap the smallest one the way you would actually wrap a regular gift. Next, place this wrapped box inside the medium – sized box. Wrap the medium box so that it’s tougher to unwrap than the smaller one.

Now, you place the medium box into the larger box. Wrap the larger box with several layers of wrapping paper and use a tough adhesive tape, such as the box tape or the duct tape. Divide the party attendees into two groups.

Each of member in a group will be given thirty seconds to try to unwrap the box. When the time limit ends, the team that has the most number of unwrapped boxes wins. Make sure you have a prize for the winning team members.

Ornament Relay: This game needs to be played outdoors or in a large room inside the house, this is also a great game for any church Christmas parties. Divide the people who are attending the party into two even teams. Pick one person from each team to be the starter.

The starter will have to pile his pr her hands full of round, plastic Christmas balls, and then run on to his or her team members and transfer the balls. The recipient then runs back to the home base (a large bucket or tin tub) to deposit the balls, then runs back.

The next person will have to run towards the home base, gather all the balls that are in there, and then run back with the balls. Any balls that the runner will accidentally lose must first need to be recovered before he or she can proceed to the race.
